CAN SNAILS FLY?
Our tribe is coordinating a community-wide effort to fly Dimitri and Elisabeth from Germany to WASTELAND 2018! (And maybe back, unless we keep them.)
Dimitri is the creative mastermind behind Nuclear Snail Studios, and with Elisabeth's help he creates incredible post apoc costumes, props, and FREE VIDEO TUTORIALS that any Wastelander can use to put together a solid, top-notch dystopian outfit.
Dimitri's Nuclear Snail Studios YouTube channel is widely regarded as the top resource for our event community's costuming techniques. Despite that, this bad ass couple has never been to Wasteland, despite a huge chunk of our community using the tips, tricks, and techniques from the NSS video library to bring next-level looks to our event every year.
Let's give a little back and change that together.
If we are successful, rumor has it a costuming workshop IN PERSON with Dimitri may magically happen at Wasteland! This is a seriously special opportunity. On top of that, all kind, snail-loving souls who contribute to this effort can swing by Ragnarok of Rust's camp during Wasteland will receive one of Nuclear Snail Studios' very first edition of tribe bottlecaps. Everyone wins!

UPDATE
WE DID IT! And in record time, too. In just under 24 hours, the Wasteland community hit the original goal, which assured that Dimitri and Elisabeth would indeed come share in our crazy little costume party in the desert this September. Huge thanks to every one of you that tossed some caps toward this venture. You'll be seeing some snail stuff very soon!
